I’m Andrea Manzano, a licensed Realtor® with Empire Network Realty. I serve buyers, sellers and rental property owners throughout Florida from my home base in Orlando and Kissimmee, and I’ve closed sales in Orlando, Kissimmee, Miami, Tampa, Homestead and Coral Springs. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, so I work with each client in the language they’re most comfortable with. I’ve held my real estate license for 14 years.
My approach goes beyond listing a home. For property owners, I coordinate everything a home needs to be rent-ready — deep cleaning and organizing, lawn care, painting, and AC repair or maintenance — through a trusted team of professionals, and then I list it for rent or for sale. I’ve managed the same property for 19 years without a single disagreement.
Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in management and customer service. I ran million-dollar restaurant businesses in Miami and Orlando, trained and promoted more than 10 branch managers, and earned multiple awards for customer service. That experience taught me to lead a team, stay on top of every detail and always put the client first. I’m also a community volunteer with Orange County Public Schools and involved with the YMCA.
